lamp concept | material study for Gabriel Chemie.
MOONDO is a material studies and sustainable product concept made from recycled plastic for the masterbatch producer Gabriel Chemie. The product highlights new ways and solutions to make the companies recycled masterbatch collection more attractive and raise awareness for the circular material economy plastic can have. The proposed design solution was a lamp concept which highlights the unique structure and aesthetics of the material. Thanks to the
interactive packaging and usage (the lamp can be dimmed by manually
turning the circle), the user is asked to get in contact with the circular
material usage and therefore production of the lamp.
